ABUSE OF GREG HOWE

I fell victim to a scam , fraud and extortion to ” New Show Studios ” that is part of ” Davison Design ” from Pittsburgh . Once the entire Pennsylvania Government refused to investigate ( or even acknowledge me ) I recruited Whistleblowers and other victims and exposed them on their own ” Scam Site “. They , then filed a 21 count lawsuit against me , and one of the Whistleblowers in Federal Court in Los Angles . Once we showed the court how the scam works , the judge dismissed the first 20 counts against both of us ( then ” New Show Studios ” went into bankruptcy protection ) . The 21’st claim was a ” Murder Accusation ” that I never said , and no evidence was ever presented . The court and both legal councils did everything in their power to force me to accept a mutual release ( which I refused ). My previous lawyer told me that I would not be able to collect anything from ” New Show Studios ” because of the Bankruptcy, and he was not going to represent me in counter suing them ( so I better take the plea ). By accepting this plea , I would owe over $ 200,000 in legal fees , and I could not counter sue, and I lose my television show concept ” Charity Challenge “.

At that time , co-council offer my former lawyer a bride to force me to sign a mutual release . The co-accused would receive a higher settlement of $ 70,000 ( only if I accept a Mutual release ) . Once I received that email , I fired my lawyer on the spot. The judge refused this , so I was forced to forfeit trial , and now I owe over $ 400,000 in fees .

I filed my own appeal , and was denied twice by the Ninth Circuit Appeals Court in San Francisco . I filed a complaint against the judge with the Judicial Council of the Ninth Circuit for dangling this ” Murder Claim ” with no evidence, and refusing me to fire my lawyer ( even though she knew the ” Collusion to Misrepresent” occurred ), and this was denied . I filed a ” Writ of Certiorara ” with the Supreme Court in Washington , and it was denied . I filed an Appeal with the California Supreme court , and it was denied . I filed a complaint with the California Bar Association Against co-council , and it was denied. And finally , I filed a complaint against my former lawyer with the California Bar Association . The Bar Association has assigned a investor to this case. That is where we stand , now.
