        My fiancé was sentenced to 150 years to life for 4 armed robberies where none of the victims identified him and gave descriptions of the perpetrator that looks nothing like him, this is in San Jose California (Santa Clara County) he is currently appealing his case with Sixth Appellate District court, he is incarcerated at CALPATRIA STATE PRISON there is a lot of injustice in his case and I would appreciate it if you could take the time to look at this case, our inquiry concerns the judge of his trial court had his court reporter erase records. We have proof of all our claims, for example the court reporter certification pages are ante dated. Also, we have direct proof of the juror who became the foreperson was biased against my fiancé. The judge and the court reporter attempted to erase the records but botched their attempt. We also have direct proof of prosecutorial misconduct or perjury that can be proven with transcripts and cell tower GPS data which shows the prosecutor lied about where my fiancé was at, at the time of the robbery. We have copies of everything, they haven’t rebutted anything, and they’re using his appeal to punish him.
