Judge Shauna Boliker and her husband, David M. Andrews are rolling in dough.

This is the judge that is presiding over the guardianship of Amy Sallas, who admonishes Dean and says his pleadings, which are chock full of legal citations and reports of how the guardian of Amy Sallas is ignoring these laws, are empty of any content. This is how Judge Boliker conducts her “personal” business.

The last hearing in Judge Boliker’s court took place yesterday, July 13 and saw Boliker testifying from the bench as to how “well” Amy is doing, “physically and mentally” after being ripped from her home and the protective side of her husband, without her consent. The reality is as follows:

Since being removed from her home, Amy Sallas was visited with a surgery, ordered by the guardian, which left her lame and immobile. The guardian also ordered the removal of all of her teeth. Toothless and wheelchair bound, Amy spoke with me on the phone on several occasions, telling me how much she misses her husband, Dean. She is being isolated and deprived of her spousal relations and Judge Boliker has the gall to tell us how “well” she is doing and orders Dean’s pleadings stricken from the record.

But I can no longer speak with Amy Sallas as the facility has told me that “No one from the outside can speak with her, except for the guardian.”

Surgical procedures that leave her bereft of normal functions, emotional isolation, seizure of assets and lies.

Judge Boliker has gone out on a limb to destroy Dean and Amy Sallas and her testimony from the bench is frankly delusional.And then, Judge Shauna Boliker heads to the bank.
