Glad to be a part of the group, I’m a Special Operations Army Veteran that is a victim of a familial abduction, our son is 3 years old, we missed his 3rd birthday, my mom petitioned for guardianship of him in California and drowned me and my wife with allegations, allegations we disproved with evidence and physician and dentist letters and other letters and records….. they ignored and or outright refused to look at the evidence and essentially called me mentally ill because I believed contrary to the court, I didn’t sign up to fight and die for this. I only see my son via video call 15 minutes a week, they ordered supervised visitation but its $300 a trip from NV to CA for the visitation supervisor, hotel, gas, food, etc…. if we visited our son once a week to fully utilize the visitation schedule currently put in place by the court we’d be spending around $1,200 a month to see our own child, this is insanity.

I know from experience, there are tactics used by the courts that are downright criminal and wrong. If you wish to host your own group, private or public, please let me know and we’ll make it happen.
