Mom on guardianship since 2019, 2020 taken to assisted living. Guardian and Judges worked together along with my brother and wife. The judge never opened any of my petitions, including the request to withdraw actual Guardian and allow me to be my mother’s Guardian. Mom passed 8-31-23 in assisted living. Guardian had made final arrangements in May, gifting my brother one of Mom’s properties and putting up for sale the remaining. Filed an appeal, nothing happened
