We follow each other on twitter and I wanted to let you know about a very serious situation of case fixing and its cover up that is going on in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago of which case fixing involves protectionism and cover up of unlawful police activities of which cover up implicates Chief Justice John Roberts and the head of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, Roslynn Mauskopf, who was appointed by John Roberts.  You have a great website with a wealth of information and I thought perhaps you might want to post the information about the case fixing and cover up going on at the Seventh Circuit and the judicial hierarchy’s complicitness in it.  The attachments here are a) a copy of a letter I wrote to Chief Justice John Roberts, b) copy of a judicial misconduct complaint I filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago against Judge Michael S. Kanne for case fixing, c) a copy of Chief Judge Diane S. Sykes’ order dismissing the complaint with no ruling on the merits, d) a copy of my petition for review of Sykes’ dismissal order, e) a copy of the Judicial Council of the Seventh Circuit order affirming Sykes’ decision, f) a copy of a petition I have submitted to the Judicial Conference of the United States in Washington, D.C. to review the Seventh Circuit’s order dismissing my judicial-misconduct complaint against Judge Michael S. Kanne and associated protectionism of case fixing that is going on in the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago and swept under the rug by Chief Judge Diane S. Sykes and her compadres on her so called judicial council of which the U.S. Court Administration refuses to provide a status report.   Judge Richard A. Posner, who was on the panel, disclosed Kanne’s case fixing to me and Kanne didn’t deny it during the complaint proceedings.  Sykes overreached into a nonexistent time period technicality in order to not address it on the merits.  My position is that Kanne’s conduct is criminal in nature for his case fixing activity and Sykes’s conduct also is criminal in nature violative of United States laws which requires a judge to report criminal activities of another judge, I cited the laws in my petition to the Judicial Conference of the United States as you can see in the petition.  I have asked the U.S. Courts Administration to provide me with a status of my petition but it won’t respond.  I have asked my U.S. Senator, Todd Young, to intervene and get to the bottom of why the U.S. Courts Administration refuses to provide a status of my petition, and Senator Young’s office tells me that the U.S. Courts Administration won’t respond to the senator’s inquiry.  Senator Young’s office claims to have contacted the federal agency on my behalf but refuses to provide me with a copy of the purported contact that Young’s office claims was done.  Because Senator Young refuses to show me a copy of the purported letter he said he sent, it certainly raises a substantial question as to whether he actually sent such a letter and is simply lying about it.  I have very serious questions here.  The fact that a retired federal judge who was on the panel of the decision that was fixed disclosed the case fixing, coupled with the fact that the case fixing judge did not deny it during the complaint proceedings, and then the chief judge sweeping it under the rug speaks volumes of the judicial corruption in the Seventh Circuit in Chicago.  And the fact that the U.S. Courts Administration refuses to provide a status as to the petition is cause for alarm.  Adding in what appears to be a lie from a United States senator, and all of the ingredients of official corruption are in play.  I can tell you that John Bolton, when he was an assistant attorney general (prior to being Trump’s national security advisor) breached his duty and was involved in protecting the rogue police in a civil rights investigation when the rogue police were falsely arresting and brutalizing me.  I have the Bolton documentation to prove it.  It is a major red flag that the Judicial Conference of the United States  chooses to sit on this very important matter rather than taking action on the petition that was filed with it while at the same time the Administrative Office of the United States Courts chooses to stay quiet which of course is an admission of wrongdoing by its complicity.
