TO THE SENATOR AND HOUSE REPRESENTATIVES OF THIS GREAT STATE
We come to you with our Petition of grievance against the Monopoly and the lobbying of the judicial system. The assembly has far too long allowed the judicial system to operate without proper oversight and without true separation of powers.

The judicial system lobby’s to the assembly which is not a true system of separation of powers and has created not only a monopoly but no true oversight. There is a BAR MEMBER in every office of government, a BAR MEMBER can only be a judge, a BAR MEMBER violates the title of nobility cause of the Constitution as esquire, the oversight committees are out numbered by BAR MEMBERS!

This has created our judicial system to allow judges to violate their Oath of Office without Consequences, to place gag orders on cases simply to hide their violations of that Oath or simply to violate freedom of speech and to close their courts against our rights to have open courts.

The polls of trust in the judicial system are lower than the Congressional Records of the 1950s when it states the BAR was a Communist organization, THE TRUST in our judicial system is lower than the Congressional Record of the 1970s when they themselves published this distrust in their own journal. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO CORRECT THIS DISTRUST OR TO GAIN BACK THIS TRUST, but in fact caused a farther gap and more distrust. They also misuse the first amendment to protect themselves not the litigators, when the truth falls in the 5 amendment and 14 amendment for open courts!

We have more innocent prisoners in our jails than the next 3 countries together, we have more cases ruled on by opinion than by law, we have more backroom deals than ever in our history. The assembly has even denied “WE THE PEOPLE” to film without consideration of each situation (cause) of these injustices “WHAT ARE THEY HIDING?”.

We demand that our tax dollars stop being used to lobby against “WE THE PEOPLE”
We demand that ALL courts are to required cameras and to record all proceedings.
We demand kiosks and that those proceedings (recordings) can be purchased at a reasonable cost by ANY PARTY of that litigation
We demand that more strict requirements be placed on gag orders or access to Sensitive cases.
