        Dishonest lawyers and litigants can and will make up reasons with the objective to make sure you don’t get any notice of a legal hearing. Then by missing the hearing the dishonest parties claim “We sent them notice to their address”.

        The scam used on my case was to send mail to our US Mail PO Box which only accepts US mail not Fedex, UPS etc. They then send the notice via Fedex/UPS to the US Mail PO box knowing it will be rejected or returned.

        The point is they will use this fraudulent act to claim you were officially notified but did not appear or respond.
