NOTIFICATIONS FOR MOBILE DEVICES AND COMPUTERS BROWSER SET UP Turn ON Notifications to alert you of activity FIREFOX Top right, Click on (3 dashes) Scroll down in the dropdown, Click on (Settings) Left side of screen, select (Privacy & Security) Scroll down to “Permissions” look for “Notifications” Click on “Settings” to ensure “chat.courtvictim.com” is set to “Allowed” Click on “Save Changes” ANDROID & PC VIDEO CHROME Top right, Click on (3 dashes) Scroll down in the dropdown, Click on (Settings) Left side of screen, select (Privacy & Security) Scroll down to “Site Security” Look for “Notifications” ensure “Allowed websites has option” Under Customized Behaviors, select “ADD” and enter the domain like below Allowed to send notifications for www.chat.courtvictim.com ANDROID & PC VIDEO IOS (Apple) ENSURE NOTIFICATIONS SETTINGS ARE SET CORRECTLY Go to your messages via your profile, click on Messages 1.
