BROWSER SET UP

Turn ON Notifications to alert you of activity

Top right, Click on (3 dashes)
Scroll down in the dropdown, Click on (Settings)
Left side of screen, select (Privacy & Security)
Scroll down to “Permissions” look for “Notifications”
Click on “Settings” to ensure “chat.courtvictim.com” is set to “Allowed”
Click on “Save Changes”

Top right, Click on (3 dashes)
Scroll down in the dropdown, Click on (Settings)
Left side of screen, select (Privacy & Security)
Scroll down to “Site Security”
Look for “Notifications” ensure “Allowed websites has option”
Under Customized Behaviors, select “ADD” and enter the domain like below
Allowed to send notifications for www.chat.courtvictim.com

ENSURE NOTIFICATIONS SETTINGS ARE SET CORRECTLY

Go to your messages via your profile, click on Messages
1. Click on the gear icon top right of your Messages

Ensure the settings are “ON”
Notifications
Check to Enable notifications via email (A)
Make sure Browser push notifications is Enable, NOT Disable (B)

Your screen should look similar to the above if set correctly
